Emergency Relief

NWS provides emergency relief and support to families experiencing family and domestic violence or facing other forms of crisis. We offer a safe environment where families can seek financial and material assistance, including:

Food vouchers and food boxes
Assistance with paying utility bills
Secondhand items
Cleaning and clothing packs
Travel assistance
Accommodation assistance

Emergency relief is available Monday to Friday between 10am – 2pm.

Women seeking general emergency relief assistance are required to provide an income statement and can access the service once every three months.
